Colombia. The Centro Ático of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Fox Telecolombia, for its sports network, are the most recent clients of the technology of the Spanish company Brainstorm in Colombia.
The team led by Engineer Jorge Jaramillo of Fox Telecolombia has decided to adopt the advanced technology of virtual sets of Infinity Set, which thanks to its TrackFree technology can combine Trackless environments and tracking in the same production in a transparent way. Using NCAM tracking, the flexibility of the system will allow generating Augmented Reality content of the highest level.
Fox acquires 3 InfinitySet systems with the option of Brainstorm's Combined Render Engine with Epic Games' Unreal Engine, allowing hyper-realistic graphic content to be generated. Fox Colombia's trust comes after a long process of proofs of concept, visits and talks with other Brainstorm clients in the region such as Fox Sports Brasil and TVN in Chile.
On the other hand, the Attic Center of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana will have a centralized graphics system thanks to a Neuron system, Brainstorm's solution for graphics and broadcast traffic management. This system, which has been configured with more than 20 Aston licenses for the generation and rendering of graphics in real time, is a first stage of implementation.
After this first stage, the modularity of the Neuron system will allow the Attic Center to design future growth by expanding its operations with Augmented Reality and Virtual Sets, even with Brainstorm's Combined Render Engine.
"We are closing the year with an all-time record of sales and installations in Latin America, which gives us an excellent perception for the coming 2019. Brainstorm's Regional and Spanish team has proven to be at the level of the needs and requirements of our customers," said Sergio Amuchastegui, Head of Latin America and the Caribbean for Brainstorm.
