Enco

Octopus 8.1 is the solution for news production and streaming created jointly by Enco and Octopus Newsroom, leveraging the two companies' support for the Multimedia Object Server (MOS) protocol, avoiding disruptive barriers in workflows.

Enco's MOS-enabled ActiveX plugin allows journalists and news producers to access Enco's content libraries directly within the Octopus interface, preview clips, trim media as needed, and bring results to their stories by simply dragging and dropping the desired items.

The solution has two versions, Enco MOM for TV presenters, cable operators and broadcasters a platform to organize, manage and automate critical production and integrated channel broadcast tasks; and Enco DAD to enable broadcasters to automate, control and manage audio playback.

Octopus 8.1 is designed to be used by television, radio, sports and e-sports broadcasters.
