Mexico. The production of cinema and mainly of TV series is increasing in Mexico and this derives in the growing requirement of more state-of-the-art equipment. In this, the company CTT occupies a preponderant role in the country, said Jacqueline Hernández, marketing director of the company.
"Every year we are growing, the series is what is increasing. Also Mexican cinema, in terms of feature films is growing a lot, so we are in everything and for the same reason we have to grow our inventories to be able to cover those demands. We feel committed to Mexico and its industry, to bring the best tools to be able to make quality projects that represent us worldwide. CTT is a company that tries to be at the forefront, we have the best teams, the best brands in cinema worldwide, we have been here for 30 years," said Hernández.
He explained: "CTT is a film equipment rental house; we already have almost 30 years in the audiovisual industry; we are dedicated to making documentaries, feature films, video clips, television series, everything that has to do with the audiovisual industry. We have the best brands in the film industry in the world which are: Cooke, Par lite, Leica, Sony, Arri, Fisher, Kino Flo, Dedo Ligth, among others. This year we present our two aspects, which are lighting -we brought different versions of LED, we have the ARRI Sky Panel in its three sizes: 1/20, 60 and 30-".
Hernandez said that in addition to the rental and provision of technological equipment, one goal is to train experts in the latest industry trends. "We have just finished a course on Sony's Venice camera, to explain to our customers what can be done with it, what are the advantages, the disadvantages, how to get the best out of it, where it can be best applied. It's like educating our customers about these new technologies, both the camera, the large format lenses. Sony brought out the Venice; RED brought out the Monstro 8K; Arri took out the Alexa LF, which is also already on its way. A lot of lenses are also coming out of large format."
