Latin America. Blackmagic Design announced four new products: the URSA Mini Pro 4.6K and two innovative control panels for DaVinci Resolve, as well as the availability of DaVinci Resolve 12.5 for Linux.
URSA Mini Pro 4.6K
A digital film version for professionals that combines exceptional image quality with the features and controls of a traditional television camera. This one has an impressive number of buttons, knobs and switches that facilitate its use. In addition, it has neutral density filters, an interchangeable mount, two slots for SD or UHS-II cards, and two others for CFast 2.0 units.
DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel and DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel
The new models DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel and DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel are two professional devices that include spheres of extraordinary quality, knobs of great precision and illuminated buttons, among other features. Control panels are of utmost importance when ætheling professionally, since the colorist needs to manipulate multiple parameters simultaneously to create original and stylized appearances, or make very subtle changes.
DaVinci Resolve and DaVinci Resolve Studio are now available for Red Hat and CentOS Linux distributions. In this way, users who have versions 6.8 or 7.2 of these systems also have the possibility to download and use DaVinci Resolve and DaVinci Resolve Studio.
This update provides greater options in terms of physical support, allowing you to create inexpensive and high-performance workstations. Previously, DaVinci Resolve Studio was only available for a special version of Linux, particularly for those using the DaVinci Resolve Advanced Panel control surface.
Just like for Mac and Windows, this Linux version can be downloaded for free from the Blackmagic Design website.
