Latin America. The Telos Alliance was present at the Broadcast Depot Workshop, which was held this week in Miami, to explain how the LIVEWIRE + system works and also made a presentation on how to make an installation of an audio console over IP, through which attendees took the basic general knowledge of an installation and what they need to foresee.
Juan Punyed, sales director for the region of The Telos Alliance, told TVyVideo that they are looking at entering the much stronger TV audio market. For that, they are working on a project for production, which will revolutionize the way intercoms operate in the coming years and considering more projection on TV consoles.
"One message to people is to pay attention to the future of Telos on television. Some people can already incorporate what we have existing in television channels, either as audio movement over IP or radio consoles working for small television channels or for production in television channels. Likewise, the intercom part we have is functional but we hope to expand it much more," he added.
On the presence of the company in the region, he commented that they have had a very healthy growth since he has taken presence with the company. "We have made many presentations explaining how audio over IP works which is not the same as voice over IP. My job is to take the solution based on our LIVEWIRE+ protocol throughout Latin America."
