Colombia. Those who are interested in participating in the first version of the University Contest that will be held this year within the framework of the TecnoTelevisióncongress, are in time to participate, because the closing date is May 24.
To participate, they must send an audiovisual piece of maximum five minutes, of free format and genre, but with a common theme: how technology affects, positively or negatively, society.
A jury made up of three leading industry professionals will be in charge of choosing the five finalists. The winner will be chosen by virtual voting between July 15 and 31 and physical voting during the first day of TecnoTelevisión. The winner will be announced on July 31 at 5:30 pm.
What does the winner receive? The winning group will be given a 3D camera from Sony's NEX family, production equipment that adds to the Smoke training they will receive from the Athletic Center of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in addition to the recognitions in the specialized publications of the industry.
The University Contest is organized by TecnoTelevisión and TV Y VIDEO, and has the academic endorsement of the Centro Atico of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
