Nec introduced its largest LCD yet, the Nec MultySync LCD8205. This professional quality reference provides unsurpassed quality and the possibility for companies and organizations to display their brand messages in a large format, striking for its rich colors and amazing clarity. The LCD8205 can be installed in portrait or landscape mode and can even be placed together for a video wall up to four high by four long screens, to create a 328-inch video surface.
Automatic ambient light sensors do constant monitoring, subtly changing light conditions to optimize the brightness level with the environment.
The new device features 600 cd/m² of high brightness so that it can be easily seen in brightly lit rooms and also features a high level of 5000:1 contrast. Nec offers a viewing angle of 178 degrees, which is crucial in public facilities where viewers often watch from the sides, plus it offers a resolution of 1920x1020.
"The size of the MultiSync LCD8205 delivers unprecedented performance, giving messages and images the quality needed to reach large audiences," said Jean McLaughlin, senior product line manager.
