Network Electronics announced at NAB the expansion of the VikinX modular line by including a 256 x 256 version and the VikinX Sumblime series with a full line of 32 x 32 routers , including a compact HD 32 x 32 router .
An add-on to Flashlink products has also been announced, developed to enhance their functionality and optimize investments. As Network Electronics is an environmentally conscious company, all products consume little energy and comply with RoHS and Weee directives. The new products are an SDI/AES embedder/de-embedder, a compact high-performance DWDM multiplexer/demultiplexer, and a family of EDFA amplifiers for fully optical, multi-channel capable DWDMs.
