Brazil. GatesAir has expanded its partnership with Foccus Digital in Brazil to encompass all service and support needs in the country. The Brazilian company will now exclusively deal with the responsibilities of product repair, spare parts management, field service and after-sales support, ensuring accelerated response times to all customer service needs.
In preparation for its expanded role, Foccus Digital has opened a new service lab at its Sao Paulo headquarters to test and service TV/radio transmitters and Intraplex network equipment. He has also hired several GatesAir engineers who previously handled these responsibilities in Brazil, ensuring a professional team with in-depth knowledge of the design and operation of GatesAir products.
"As an authorized service provider for GatesAir, our customers can rest assured that Foccus Digital possesses the exceptional skills and technical expertise necessary to manage the complex nature of transmitter service and repair, and quickly meet service requests and updates from customers in the field," said Bryant Burke, vice president of operations at GatesAir.
The Foccus Digital team recently traveled to GatesAir's manufacturing center in Quincy, Illinois for training and certification, and shortly thereafter opened their dedicated lab for GatesAir service and parts management. Since then, Foccus Digital has received approval from GatesAir to maintain all Master Service Contracts for GatesAir customers in Brazil.
"With over ten years of experience in sales and installation of GatesAir for wireless broadcasters, and an expanded team of certified professionals that includes long-time GatesAir employees, Foccus Digital is uniquely prepared to solve problems and meet the needs of all new and existing GatesAir customers. Our new initiatives will include a streamlined process for warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, delivery and replacement of spare parts and more, while also taking on a broader post-sale support role to ensure all customer expectations are exceeded," said César Donato, President of Foccus Digital.
