"This contest organized by the magazine TVyVideo+Radio, seeks to encourage young university filmmakers, and producers of the future, to show the narrative and technical qualities, acquired during their training process and are projected to use state-of-the-art technology", concludes Adriana Ramírez Project Manager of Tecnotelevisión y Radio 2016.
