Mexico. The Federal Institute of Telecommunications, IFT , published on the internet portal its Registry of Regulations, a technological tool that compiles the current regulations related to the scope of attributions of this autonomous regulatory body, which aims to provide security and legal certainty to the population, strengthen transparency, facilitate regulatory compliance, as well as promote the use of information technologies.
In this way, the IFT makes available to any interested person the Register of Regulations, in which the latest available version of the current and applicable regulations can be consulted, in editable and readable format, as well as an information card only in the case of the general legal provisions that the Institute has issued to regulate the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors in Mexico.
Among the available information, the following stand out:
Name of the regulation.
Date of issue, publication and, where appropriate, its validity.
Dates on which it has been updated.
Object of the regulation.
Other regulations linked or derived from regulation.
Procedures and services related to regulation.
The IFT Register of Regulations will provide regulated and the general population:

Accessibility: A centralized point of access to information on current regulations, simplifying the search and avoiding the dispersion of this information.
