Colombia. With the aim of promoting the participation of all actors in the audiovisual industry, the ICT Minister, Karen Abudinen, invited Colombian experts in the sector to be part of the evaluation committee that will analyze the proposals of the 551 companies that applied within the framework of the six audiovisual calls for $ 24,000 million to support 91 projects in 2021.
"We want the entire audiovisual sector to be part of this project that we launched in order to promote the economic reactivation of the sector. On this occasion, we are looking for professional experts in audiovisual arts, with at least five years of experience leading projects, to be part of the evaluation committee, "invited Minister Abudinen.
The official explained that those interested must register in the section of The Bank of Resumes of Evaluators, on the website of the 2021 audiovisual calls of the ministry (https://www.mintic.gov.co/micrositios/convocatoriastv2021/756/w3-channel.html); upload the completed form ("Annex technical evaluation team") found on the web, and the documents that certify the academic, work and related evaluation experience in the completed resume, before April 9 at 5:00 p.m.
Abudinen recalled that the audiovisual calls are part of the different actions developed by the national government, for the strengthening of public television that, this year, will have a historic investment of $ 311,000 million for national and regional public channels in the country, of which $ 24,013 million are for the financing of the 91 audiovisual projects of the six calls.
"We received the interest to participate from 551 audiovisual production companies, and ethnic and non-profit organizations. Now, those registered will present the creative proposal, a phase that will open on April 15 and will have different closing dates by category," added the minister.
Abudinen concluded that the team of experts will have the task of evaluating the creative proposals presented in the 2021 calls, aimed at promoting and strengthening the audiovisual industry.
The receipt of resumes that will be made through the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, does not constitute a public tender or a call that generates any right, among others, to an administrative career, or that limits the discretionary power of the nominator.

Participant Profile
● Colombians residing in the country or outside it.
● Foreigners residing in Colombia, who have the corresponding visa and / or work permit.
● Participants must accredit extensive knowledge and experience in the audiovisual sector, as well as the competence to evaluate the creative proposals of those within the framework of the MINTIC 01 Audiovisual Calls of 2021.
Experience required
Accredit at least five (5) certifications of experience in any of the following:
Management positions of production, direction, script and / or scripts in audiovisual productions (only formats of feature films or television series will be valid)
Positions of coordination, programming or content management (Head of content, head of programming, head of acquisitions) in companies or entities in the audiovisual sector. It is validated for each year performing in the position.
Evaluation and / or selection of audiovisual projects, within the framework of events or calls of the audiovisual industry.
They cannot participate
The shareholders, partners or legal representatives of the legal entities that have submitted an application for participation in the mintic 01 audiovisual calls of 2021, as well as the members of the creative, technical or administrative teams of the creative proposals that are presented in the MINTIC 01 audiovisual calls of 2021.

Natural persons who directly or indirectly have had interference in the advice, preparation and preparation of the terms, requirements and conditions of the audiovisual calls MINTIC 01 of 2021
