International. Bitcentral has selected Gregory Mason to be its new president, effective May 27, with the goal of continuing the company's significant growth and product innovation in the coming years.
Mason, who will also join Bitcentral's board of directors, has a long strategic and results-based track record in a wide range of digital arenas, including media, markets and SaaS, and assumes the role of president replacing Camille Jayne, Bitcentral's president since March 2017, who retires on June 30 after an illustrious 38-year business career.
Mason joins Bitcentral with two decades of experience in executive leadership roles, including most recently as President/Founder of GAM Consulting. Prior to that, Mason was CEO and Director at Purch, Inc., a digital and market publishing platform uniquely positioned at the intersection of content, commerce and services. Under his leadership, the company increased revenue from $25 million to more than $125 million, followed by a successful exit to Future PLC.
Mason was selected to play the role of President of Bitcentral after an extensive five-month search process. Jayne, part of the search committee, will remain in a brief transition until June 30 before retiring, after more than 19 years with Bitcentral as board director and the last three and a half years as chairman.

Mason received an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nevada. He is a board director of HealthiNation and has carried out advisory work on digital transformation for companies and investors spanning Insurtech, SportsTech, E:Commerce and Marketplaces.
