Peru. The Peruvian channel América TV is using Mediastream Platform, as its content management and distribution tool, a service that also includes Storage, CDN, Analytics and 24/7 support.
The challenge of this project was that América TV worked with several providers for the administration and distribution of its audiovisual content, which represented high costs to manage different providers, in addition to making rapid scalability difficult by having to coordinate implementations with different parties. América TV had the need to have a single solution that would allow them to expand their content offer, without exceeding costs, and maintaining an excellent quality of content delivery and user experience.
Therefore, since April 2019, América TV begins to use Mediastream Platform as its only video streaming platform, where it also adds audio and podcast streaming from October of the same year. This change allowed them, in addition to keeping their costs under control, to manage their audiovisual content from a single platform, which integrates with their different internal processes and services.

Likewise, we successfully overcame our first challenge, the transmission of the Copa América 2019, with an impeccable transmission and excellent audience results," said José Hernández, Manager of América Digital.
The impact for the channel is cost control, optimization of internal processes and improvement in content delivery, all through a single provider.
