Latin America. Avid named Carlos Eduardo Moura as the new media solutions architect for Avid Americas' pre-sales team serving Brazil and the Southern Cone territories.
Moura comes to Avid with over 16 years of Pre-Sales experience having worked for Grass Valley and, most recently, SAM (Snell Advanced Media). Carlos' responsibilities include the preparation and delivery of product and solution presentations, demonstrations, and POCs (Proof of Concepts). He will also be responsible for analyzing established workflows and developing solution designs that will result in product configurations for Avid hardware, software and services and potential integrations with third-party products, with the ultimate mission of providing Avid customers with the most efficient and dynamic workflows possible.
Carlos Moura will leverage his extensive experience in post-production and broadcast workflows to respond quickly to the needs of our customers and propose the best products, practices and solutions for workflows related to ingestion, storage, editing, graphics, playback, archiving, multimedia asset management and cross-platform distribution.
