Brazil. In Brazil, For-A has a presence of its teams in almost all key players, such as Globo, SBT, Bandeirantes, Sport Interactivo, Turner, with equipment such as processors, in the REFERENCES FA9520 and now the new 9600. It is a market that believes in these products.
Mario Rodriguez, Sales Manager for Latin America at For-A, told TVyVideo+Radio that now the company is looking to reach new markets, such as university, churches and temples of prayer, as well as government institutes.
He stressed that "the Brazilian market has been good for For-A so far in 2018, we have closed sales although not expected, but we remain for the potential. We believe in this market, we expect it to improve in the next two years and return to where it needs to be."
In terms of technology, the company presented several of its solutions during SET Expo, among which is the HVS490 switcher in 4K configuration; the server for sports of 6 channels of input with 2 of output that allows to do simultaneously social media and branding; a small 2-channel server with a cost of less than 8 thousand dollars and the LTS 80 server.
