Argentina. During the last meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Communications Agency, Enacom, Resolution 4703/2018 was approved, from which the Agency will use the Remote Procedures (TAD) platform to carry out its requirements and notifications.
As of July 25, 2018, holders of licenses, authorizations and registrations, and service providers, who have computer management systems, will have a period of ten days in order to implement the Service of Automatic Consultation of Mass Notifications (NOTIFY) provided by the TAD platform of the Electronic Document Management System (GDE), which was approved by Resolution RESOL-2018-71-APN-SECMA#MM of the Secretariat of Administrative Modernization of the Ministry of Modernization.
The regulatory body clarified that all those users who are unable to carry out the procedure through TAD for not complying, in principle, with any of the requirements for access to the platform, may do so through the mechanisms and processes implemented so far in the offices and dependencies of the agency.
