PVI launched HDMI video encoder over IPTV networks

Latin America. The VeCASTER PRO 4K H264 is a professional single-channel UHD HDMI2.0 to IPTV H.264 video encoder with MPEG1 Layer2 and AAC selectable audio. It allows you to distribute any 4K UHD HDMI video directly to an unlimited number of 4K SMART TVs, smartphones, tablets, computers, IPTV boxes, via LAN or WiFi Internet.

An integrated full-speed 1 Gigabit server with the ability to serve hundreds of TVs and video players, without the use of additional parts, makes this solution ideal for the average internet speed currently available in most homes in the United States.

"A dream come true for consumers who want to have more control over their devices at home or in the office. Imagine a scenario where an owner wants to get 4K quality streamed from their DirecTV box to their Smart TV in the living room, their daughter's iPad and their home office computer, and at the same time transmit the signal from their home security cameras to their laptop. He can do all this and more with the VECASTER 4K PRO," said Robert Costa of Pro Video Instruments (PVI).

He added that "Our product is very popular with affluent owners who want their high-end equipment to run smoothly. Interestingly, our distributors are receiving more and more orders from middle-class home owners and consumer businesses, which is very encouraging for us as the market shows new trends," concluded PVI's founder and principal engineer.

Already in its fifth year of exhibition at Infocomm, PVI is stepping up its efforts to showcase the end-user-friendly nature of the VeCASTER PRO 4K. "We have amazing news for visitors to our booth this year," said Sarah Carli, co-founder of PVI and the brain behind PVI's success at Infocomm last year. "I enjoy the pressure. We want visitors to our booth to experience something different every time."
