Argentina. Earlier this year, the Buenos Aires Swimming Federation (FE.NA.BA) launched its YouTube channel, FENABA TV, with the purpose of broadcasting the various swimming championships held in Argentina.
Directed by Sergio Antonini and Patricio Ramallo, FENABA TV spent several months under construction. For both of them one of the most important elements was to set up the right infrastructure to be able to transmit these days - without sacrificing quality and still staying within their budget.
For six consecutive months Sergio and Patricio were advised and decided to set up FENABA TV with Blackmagic Design products, including three Blackmagic Studio Cameras, three Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras, ATEM Television Studio HD, ATEM Production Studio 4K, HyperDeck Studio and, DaVinci Resolve Studio for post production of the games.
Since its launch in January 2017, FENABA TV has not only broadcast the National Swimming Championships in Argentina, but they have also expanded to other events such as the Pan American Karate Championships. Today FENABA TV has four channels on YouTube.
Sergio and Patricio attribute the success of FENABA TV to Blackmagic Design's ease of use and its product integration. For both the quality in which all the championships have been transmitted has been optimal and this is just the beginning for the Argentine organization.
Now, FENABA TV is preparing to broadcast live the Argentine Swimming Championships in December from Córdoba, among others.
