Emerson Pérez, Director of Business Development for the Americas at Bridge Technologies, explained to TVyVideo+Radio that Sky is using its technology for DTH monitoring, through which the operator can know at what exact points their signal is being seen, information that they could not have before. TV record is another project they are working on in Brazil, for the monitoring of all the company's transmitters.
On the presence of the company in the other countries of Latin America, he said that it has been increasing its presence with projects in Chile, where they are working with TV Sur, Panama with Cable Onda, others in Argentina and with Claro in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Emerson Pérez participated in the latest version of SET Expo, with a demo of what is its server that allows to monitor video and audio with the ISDBT signal. They also showed off their Portable Nomad tip, which allows customers to do IP, satellite signals, OTT. Both products are aimed at both the subscription and broadcast TV markets.
