Drone Volt lands in Mexico with audiovisual solution

Mexico. The commercial drone market is growing at double digits year-on-year: its valuation will be over $5.1 billion by 2019 (double that of the military/civilian defense market) and by 2020 an estimated 16 million drones will be sold worldwide. 

Against this background, Drone Volt, a French manufacturer of professional drone solutions, arrives in Mexico with a complete portfolio of solutions for multiple vertical sectors of the country's economy, including surveillance, agriculture, audiovisual, virtual reality, civil engineering and construction and topography and mapping. 

Since its creation in 2011, DRONE VOLT currently has offices in France, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland and have positioned themselves as specialists in the conception, assembly and marketing of land and air drones with a high technical maintenance service, as well as legal support, among other activities for its customers. 

Specifically, for the Mexican market, Drone Volt presents a wide portfolio by sectors that includes audiovisual. The JANUS 360 is the first drone for virtual reality. Composed of 2 Omni 360 with 12 4K cameras, at 80 images per second, this drone provides 360-degree videos with an autonomy of 15 minutes and 150 Gb of images per flight.

Apart from the advanced hardware, the French company also has a high investment in R&D: Drone Volt Factory accompanies its customers in every phase of development from conception to completion. It is a research department specialized in providing tailor-made solutions for professionals. On the other hand, the drone Volt Services area is also available in Mexico, which includes drones, material adapted for recording and experienced pilots. Depending on the type of mission, they have data processing and analysis software.
