Colombia. After more than two years at the head of the commercial and distribution area of content for television, Provideo, Juan Pablo Morales assumed the direction of New Media as CEO and founder.
With an innovative proposal, his company is oriented to the design and production of Branded Content Video for all windows, the integration of transmedia methods and the development of digital environments for communications and corporate business strategies based on technology and user experience.
He told TVyVideo+Radio that "One of the projects that excites me the most at the moment is to assume the associated production of the film Los Ajenos Fútbol Club, with Greenleaf Cinema by director and screenwriter Juan Camilo Pinzón with the participation of Dago García Producciones and Caracol TV. We have already presented the initiative nationally and internationally for companies like Netflix and we are on the right track. According to the production plan, filming will begin in February 2017."
The executive has also set up a Corporate Social Responsibility line in conjunction with Hapy de Alentha, Guillermo Sierra's technology initiative in the United States and Mexico, to offer medical guidance and health and wellness content to corporations and pay-TV companies internationally.
"We are in one of the best times for media and technology. Our line of business of content production for the international market is in a very interesting dynamic and we hope that with the new concessionaire in Colombia for the current Canal Uno, the domestic market for the production and distribution of content will have a new air and growth. We hope that the focus of this new channel will be oriented to entertainment content with an important weight of transmedia distribution technologies, live content and a different proposal for Colombian TV," he concluded.
