Between August 29 and the first of September, the 28th version of the SET EXPO Technology Congress will be held in São Paulo . At this year's fair, two panels draw attention:
The first is related to the current moment of migration of the radios that operate in the AM band to the FM band in Brazil, a panel in which the participants will present the legal details on contracts, deadlines and stages to be expired in the channeling in making effective, as well as the technical aspects of antennas and transmitters.
"We are going to discuss the experiences, the difficulties, the learnings and the main doubts related to the subject," explains the moderator of the panel and vice-director of Radio of the SET, Eduardo Cappia.
To discuss the matter, the communications engineer André Cintra, specialist in channeling and updating channels; the electrical and safety engineer, José Mauro Ávila, vice-leader of the AESP Technical Committee; Cauê Franzon, technical and operational manager of RBS Radios, and broadcasting engineer, Cláudio Lorini.
The second panel is focused on the Internet of Things, known as IoT. By 2020, nearly 50 billion devices will be connected to the internet. In this scenario, which will move about US $ 1.9 trillion in business, machines will relate, communicate and exchange information with each other without human intervention, having analytical capacity to provide the necessary intelligence to streamline decision-making processes.
"We need, more than ever, to imagine scenarios with people integrated into the machines, and that is what the 28th Technology Congress of the SET EXPO will deal with in the panel on the internet of things and swarm intelligence," explains the moderator, Salustiano Fagundes, CEO of the HXD Smart Solutions and member of the SET.
