Argentina. The Company Business Bureau reported that it has appointed Tomás Gennari as Vice President. Below we reproduce the communication of Horacio Gennari, President of the company, when making the announcement:
In 1987, I began laying the foundation for what is now the Business Bureau. Of course it was not an easy task. But Latin America always showed me that with passion and ambition you can achieve many dreams. At that time the utopia was for BB to be a Pan Regional Company in Consulting, Market Intelligence and Marketing specialized in Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications.
It is an honor that BB in this growth has Tomás Gennari as the new Executive Vice President (EVP) of BB-Business Bureau. Tomás has been prepared for this purpose, not only for his University Studies (Business Administration) at the Universidad Católica Argentina and complemented with university extension in Leeds (UK), but also for his focus on New Media, Multiplatforms and management of 4 languages, being in accordance with this multicultural world.
I have no doubt, that Thomas is called to be the leader of BB in a while, since he has the qualities to be. No one better than him could carry out the day to day with so much care and dedication to occupy this role.
For my part, I feel like a BB that has made contributions to the Pay-TV Industry at a time when there was no information: Operating Cables, Number of Subscribers, Anti-Piracy Practices, Audits. Anyway, I think I've been a good "Analog" President.
Now in the Digital Age new skills are needed and Tomás is a perfect Multi Tasking and has been formed under the format of Millennials.
Over the course of 29 years, at BB we have collected the information that nobody got, reaching 50 million data. We add value to each report delivered and we have grown with such magnitude thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes us so much.
We have teams with our own offices in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and Miami covering all the investigations we carry out... and we are in the process of expansion.
