Brazil. Between October 21 and 22, the University of Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP) in São José dos Campos, will hold the seventh edition of TV Morfosis. The event is an original format of the University of Guadalajara and is coordinated by the University of Radio and Television, aims to show the opinion of various experts and the vision of international media and communication technologies on the current state of television.
Composed of a series of televised debates as a TV program, TVMorfosis has the academic coordination of Guillermo Orozco, Doctor of Education from Harvard University and academic at the University of Guadalajara, recognized researcher in education and television.
The Brazilian edition of the forum will feature the participation of 16 experts from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Spain, who work in five panels of 60 minutes each. All panels will be broadcast live in seven countries on three continents, and will be registered and made available to participants and university televisions associated with the Brazilian Association of University Television (ABTU) through the University Television Network Exchange (RITU).
For the president ABTU and director of TV Univap, Fernando Moreira, TV Morfosis is a unique experience and a great challenge "The TV Morfosis event is now the largest academic space for television and the audiovisual market in all of Latin America and making a version in Brazil is a great challenge, but also a great opportunity to show the experiences made in Brazil and publicize what is more important in educational and public television in several surrounding countries, precisely at a time of great changes in the Brazilian scenario".
