With this decision, the regulatory body takes another 10 days to receive concluding arguments on the study "Analysis of visits to subscribers of the television service in the satellite, wired and closed modalities". This deadline expires on August 18.
In Resolution ANTV 2160 of August 8 with which the deadline is extended, the ANTV clarifies that it is done in order to provide the necessary guarantees so that the Interested Parties in this administrative action intervene and expose the arguments they consider necessary to fix and support their positions and give absolute guarantee to due process within the action n administrative initiated by Resolution 1612 of May 5, 2014.
This decision comes after Caracol and RCN made a strong pronouncement against the ANTV, alleging that the regulatory body was not competent to pronounce in this case, that it did not provide them with the guarantees for the process and that it had failed to tell the truth by reporting that the conclusion allegations of the two channels had been presented out of time. initially established.
