MADRID, 16 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) -
DaWanda.es begins from this Tuesday to collaborate with SumUp, a company of means of payment through mobile phone. This union will allow DaWanda.es users to accept card payments from anywhere and through their own mobile phone.
Through this agreement, daWanda's more than 200,000 professionals will be able to turn their smartphone or tablet into a cash register at fairs and markets in which they participate, or in their own physical stores.
These professionals often find it difficult to accept card payments in markets or fairs due to the high commissions of conventional terminals, which translates into a sales leak and the dissatisfaction of their potential customers, says the general director of DaWanda Spain, Alberto Lorente. "One of our biggest concerns is to contribute to the business development of our designers and to support the small business as much as possible," he says.
For his part, the general director of SumUp Spain, Fernando de la Borbolla Morán, assures that today, customers expect to be able to pay by credit card wherever they go. That is why SumUp is committed to small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs using an "easy, without procedures, safe and economical" payment system.
