MADRID, 3 Jul. (Portaltic/EP) -
Apple has been crowned the number one company in customer satisfaction in South Korea, a country from which its main rival in several sectors, Samsung, is a native. The Apple company has reached a score of 52 percent, followed by Samsung and LG with 50 and 46 percent respectively.
The most valued by Korean consumers has been Apple's after-sales service, according to the Quality Insights report –the one in charge of giving the company co-founded by Steve Jobs the highest award in terms of customer satisfaction.
Users who have been surveyed have also positively valued the agility of device repair processing times, with iPhone users being the least likely to send their devices to be repaired so far.
According to this report, Apple not only has the sympathy of American and European consumers but has also managed to overcome the cultural barriers of countries such as South Korea, also surpassing companies that have been born and have been operating in that market for longer.
Translated into figures, of a total of 44,168 smartphone carriers surveyed, 52 percent declared their satisfaction as users in favor of Apple; while Samsung and LG had a support of 50 and 46 percent respectively.
Regarding this title for Apple, it is worth remembering certain statements that its CEO Tim Cook has repeated on several occasions -and that Apple Insider recovers in its blog- such as that consumer satisfaction rankings "are a reflection of customer loyalty, repurchase rates and the essence of commerce in the iOS ecosystem".
