Yamaha offers to acquire Nexo

International. Having made a strategic alliance with Nexo in 2005 for the use of Nexo's talking systems in large concert venues, venues and theatres, and having jointly developed the NXAMP-powered Digital TD controller, Yamaha has decided to acquire the company, with the idea that its activities with NEXO would generate results more quickly with a closer collaboration between both companies. To this end, it has offered the founders of the company (in Paris, France) to buy all its shares at a price of 51,542 euros / share, which would increase its participation to 74.9% of the share capital, and the rest through a public offer to buy shares.
