DGy codecs for digital recording and video streaming offer new developments, such as: automatic recording of backups (for 201x and 401x disc models), password security for File Transfer Protocol (FTP), optimization of multicast flow transmission, error reporting. DGy systems have become the standard for recording and continuous broadcasting in simulation, command and control, mission analysis, interrogation, training and other mission-critical applications.
