Harris Corporation introduced the new system for managing digital assets Comperio. The product, member of the H-Class family of applications of Interoperable media software, serves as a low browser cost based on the next generation of the digital asset management Invenio also of the H-Class.
Designed for integrate with D-Series and ADC automation products also of the H-Class, as well as with the video servers Nexio, from Harris, Comperio has a wide navigation capacity useful for autoplay centers. The system employs a powerful search engine to preview the low-resolution content of a file, and then pass the corresponding high-resolution content of the file to the playback target. Comperio also associates summaries of descriptive metadata about a particular program or advertisement with the excerpt from the video and audio of that program or advertisement.
Comperio opens the door to a new range of customers to allow them to quickly identify, locate and receive video assets. That access helps the customers to use and monetize their assets completely.

Harris establishes a range of management solutions for
digital assets for all types of customers. Both Comperio and
Invenio are part of the suite of programs for the management of
H-Class media, a family of applications designed for
support workflow in media operations centers,
from the proposal and sales to the reproduction and dissemination.
H-Class provides an interoperability system through which
clients can be added software applications, it is
compatible with products from other suppliers, and allows you to create a
flexible and powerful infrastructure for managing
digital assets within video broadcasting organizations.
