Thomson presented the Grass Valley iDDR, a product that aims to achieve that recording, the playout and professional content management is easy, economical and integrated.
Specifically designed for event production and corporate work or Institutional, the Turbo iDDR enhances storage, networking and line clip creation capabilities of grass valley profile video servers.
The Turbo iDDR can store 10 to 40 hours, has the performance of up to three VTR, and captures and delivers complex content in multiple formats, including of compressed video in high definition (HD).
Users can control all its features thanks to a screen interface sensitive or a keyboard, a monitor and a mouse. They can also operate and monitor the iDDR using control systems such as AMX and Crestron.
Turbo iDDR supports materials in multiple formats on a single device, ready to be used when needed.
The product is part of the line ProLine by Grass Valley, a series of products that will be revealed over the next few months.
