Colombia. During the closing ceremony of the Bogotá Audiovisual Market, BAM, Proimágenes Colombia recognized the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Mónica de Greiff, for the contribution she has made to the Colombian audiovisual industry.
The president of the Chamber received a statuette that symbolizes the actions that have been undertaken by the entity with the aim of offering spaces in order for companies in the audiovisual sector to prepare to do business and come into contact with national and international demand interested in opening markets for local productions.
The work that the Chamber carries out to promote the audiovisual sector is part of a commitment that it has had for 14 years for the cultural and creative industries as an engine of development for the city and the region.
The Chamber carries out a permanent accompaniment to strengthen the companies of the sector, improves the environment for the businesses of the orange economy through the Cluster Initiatives that it leads and offers circulation platforms, contact for businesses and business strengthening such as the BAM.
With this recognition, likewise, Proimágenes thanks the support that the Chamber has given it during its 20 years of trajectory as the main entity that promotes the development of the Colombian film sector and celebrates the anniversary of the Chamber, which for 140 years has accompanied entrepreneurs in the fulfillment of their business dreams.
