Latin America. In addition to its traditional clients such as broadcasters, Vitec Videocom offers effective solutions to new companies that produce audiovisual content, such as religious associations or corporate companies, said Marco Brea, the company's Channel Manager for Latin America and Florida.
"In this show we not only focus on the traditional clients -which are the broadcasters-, we also seek to approach the houses of prayer -churches-, to corporate environments, which we know need to create content for streaming. To do this, they need to have fewer staff behind the cameras and have lights that provide the most professional quality to be able to compete with broadcasters," he said during Expo Cine, Video y TV 2017, an exhibition held in Mexico City.
He affirmed that the corporate's solutions are in accordance with new technological platforms: "It is a trend that has been developing in Latin America and contemplates the concept of democratization of content. In countries like Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil, a lot of content is being created for digital platforms, content is being created for Netflix for Amazon and to all this we offer solutions."
Brea commented: "At different types of levels in our company is characterized by bringing state-of-the-art technology to all production spectrums, our OConnor tripod is widely used in level one production - for example in the Game of Thrones series - but also our Vinten and Sachtler brands in robotic systems and others comes to meet a need of customers who are starting to make their small studios, their independent productions".
