Colombia. the RITEL (Internal Telecommunications Networks) regulations bring together a set of rules and specifications that must be met by internal telecommunications networks in buildings. By complying with the rules of RITEL, these networks can offer the telecommunications and television services of any operator with the guarantee that the signal quality will allow the correct provision of services.
Between June 22 and July 3, Promax collaborated with the National Learning Service, Sena, in Colombia to provide training to all the country's headquarters within the framework of Knowledge Transfer and certification in RITEL, DVB-T2, transmission, FTTH, digital headers and IPTV.
In the first half of 2015 alone, nearly a thousand technicians learned how to merge fiber optics and certify with measuring equipment thanks to free Promax courses. These are mostly copper network installers who wanted to upgrade to install fiber optics.
This proven experience in training courses has been positively valued by Colombian institutions. Now, they will use all the experience acquired over more than 50 years to collaborate with the Seine and promote RITEL among telecommunications professionals in Colombia.
