International channels representing children's animation, and new independent directors, producers and animators, will share their experiences in the 8th. edition of the Expotoons International Animation Festival, which will be held from September 18 to 21 at the Savoy Hotel and Gaumont Cinemas in Buenos Aires.
Special exhibitions of national and international films and more than 100 films in competition will be part of the Festival. These films set the creative, artistic and technical trend of the new global animation, with more than 40 countries competing. The festival will feature free lectures offered by leaders of the film and animation industry, national and international.
Participating this year will be Kiko Mistrorigo, TV PinGuim (Brazil); Pablo Holcer, Sony Pictures Imageworks (Canada); Conrad Montgomery, Cartoon Network (USA); Josae Yorio and Clara Iribarne, Pakapaka (Argentina); representatives of the Anima Mundi Festival (Brazil), RTVC Señal (Colombia), among others.

In turn, Reel Day is the perfect opportunity for producers, directors and animators who want to make themselves known through the projection of their reel.
