Latin America. Adobe announced the appointment of Federico Grosso as Director of LATAM Operations for Digital Media and Digital Marketing. Federico will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will lead all of Adobe's commercial efforts in Latin America for the Commercial, Education, Government, Media & Entertainment segments.
With 18 years of experience, Federico has become an international leader in digital media working in large companies and startups in Europe, USA and Latin America. He has led the commercial development of online and print advertising innovation, contextual video advertising and large initiatives in big data.
He has also been a speaker at prominent international events such as Cannes Lion, Digital Hollywood and Harvard Business Review in Sao Paulo. Throughout his career, he has created and managed strategic technology alliances and successfully supported regional teams.
His work will focus on driving Adobe's growth in Latin America by developing valuable relationships and reinforcing Adobe's commitment to the enterprise segment. Federico will support internal teams, customers and business partners to achieve success by delivering leading technology solutions whose focus is to create, manage and measure high-impact engagement towards their respective marketing channels.
Federico's career in technology and business management began at Yahoo! where he started as a startup sales manager and was later promoted to sales manager in Europe. He became co-founder and senior vice president of Business Development for Blinkx, an Internet media platform, where he was honored with the DEMOgod award. His professional career led him to Autonomy, where he was appointed Managing Director for LATAM HP Autonomy.
Federico speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. He is a graduate of London Business School, where he earned a degree from the Emerging Leaders Programme. He also holds a degree from Newfield Network as Ontological Coach – TAPOC. He is an active member of the London School of Business Global Alumni Network and The Newfield Network Executive Coaching School.
