In your new position, Martinez-Cleves will work closely with the dealer network Sundance Digital's existing in South and Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean, to support the growth of the company as leading provider of solutions for the automation of broadcast processes. Martinez-Cleves will work equally on the attention of current customers as well as in the expansion of this base, which covers from individual stations to big companies.
Paulo's experience in the management of large engineering projects for television, in his native Colombia, make him the candidate ideal to increase Sundance's presence in the Americas Latina, added Steve Krant, vice president of sales and marketing.
Martinez-Cleves assumes his new role with extensive technical and managerial experience in the Broadcast industry, is an expert professional, committed and with strong ties to the broadcaster community of Latin America. Prior to joining Sundance, he worked in sales. high profile and as an engineer for Odetics Broadcast and Encoda, where he was responsible for identifying flow solutions work, design complex automation systems and provide technical assistance.
Martinez-Cleves received a international recognition as technical director of Telepacífico, where he carried out an extensive and multimillion-dollar renovation, updating and expansion of the production and transmission networks. In addition, he worked as assistant engineer of QAP News in Bogotá, Colombia, a newscast that revolutionized the country's television at the beginning of the 90s.
