Latin America. The new DaVinci Resolve update has been based on user feedback and has more than 30 features that simplify and streamline the daily tasks of professionals.
In this release, the Timeline of the Editing module supports a higher frame rate, making it easier and faster to assemble and crop the material. it also includes innovative animations that show exactly the result of different types of editing when changing place clips in the timeline
The duplicate detection feature allows you to see when the same clip has been used more than once. Media files now show usage indicators for the open timeline. Vertical white lines indicate the range of the clip used, while horizontal red lines determine the frames being used. On the other hand, it is possible to clean the timeline by compressing unused clips, and the entry of timecode throughout the application has been simplified.
DaVinci Resolve 15.2 also allows you to edit clips between multiple timelines, which is much simpler and faster. In addition, it is possible to load timelines or composite clips into the original media viewer and modify them individually in the open timeline. Most importantly, by pressing the X key, you can instantly mark a clip on its original timeline and edit it directly on the one where it is open.
On the other hand, the inspector, the overlay controls in the viewer, and the metadata panel of the Edit module are now automatically updated to display the relevant information corresponding to the clip located on the track above, below the head. This means that users no longer have to select such a clip manually to change a parameter.
