Argentina. With the aim of improving and streamlining processes for users, the National Communications Agency joins the modality of Distance Procedures (TAD), a platform that allows procedures to be carried out before the public administration virtually, being able to manage and monitor it remotely.
To operate through this modality, the user must enter with his Tax Code to the AFIP website. There, within Administrative Services, enter the Fiscal Key Relationship Manager tab, select the Adhere Service button and then the TAD platform option that is located within the Ministry of Modernization tab. Once the adhesion is confirmed, it is already possible to start using this platform, where each user will have their Unique Desktop from which they can manage all the tasks and procedures.
With TAD you will be able to do all these procedures online: Allocation of Numbering Resources; Request for assignment of National Signaling Point Code; Control and Supervision of ICT Services; ENACOM Sanctions; Appeals to ENACOM; Registration of Producers and Agencies; Argentina Digital Single License; Universal Service; Operator Certificates - Renewal and/or Rehabilitation of the Telecommunications Operator Certificate; Complaints; Audiovisual Licenses and Authorizations; Return Sheets; Postcards; Contests; Registration in the FOMECA Registry; Interconnection between Licensees of ICT Services, among others.
It is important to note that all those users who are unable to carry out the procedure through TAD for not complying, in principle, with any of the requirements for access to the platform, may do so through the mechanisms and processes implemented so far in the offices and dependencies of the agency.
