The St. Luke's Orchestra built the DiMenna Center in 2011 as a unique, acoustically optimized rehearsal and recording room in New York City dedicated to classical music. It has quickly become an unparalleled resource, serving the community, from soloists to symphony orchestras – musicals, through state-of-the-art facilities. The DiMenna Center's showroom, Maria Flagler Cary Hall, is an acoustically optimized recording sound studio.
"Lawo's mc256 console was the perfect choice for the DiMenna Center. The audio quality of the console was exactly what we were looking for, with pristine sound and dynamic range far surpassing the contest," said Audiosmith Lawrence Manchester, Head of Recording Technologist for the DiMenna Center and Grammy Award winner, music producer/engineer/mixer of records, films, television and theatre.
