Tomás Gennari (BB EVP) presented on the latest trends in the industry and anticipated the possible scenarios that will emerge towards 2020 in terms of OTTs and Pay TV, analyzed in the BB AudiTV and BB ForecasTV studios.
Considering the evolution of online platforms from 2017 to 2020, the specialists of BB ForecasTV revealed that they will grow by 35% in the region. In turn, they estimated that in 2020 the penetration of OTTs in Latin America will be 43% of the total population while the penetration of Pay-TV will be 60%.
