Peru. The Radio and Television Advisory Council, ConcorTV, convened the process of electing a representative of the holders of authorizations for sound broadcasting and commercial television broadcasting services. Institutions and associations linked to the field of commercial broadcasting may submit their proposals for the appointment of a member.
The deadline to submit your proposals is until Friday, February 5, 2016. Applicants must be people with moral suitability, outstanding career and professional experience, not less than ten (10) years and must prove that they are not subject to the impediments established in article 56 of Law No. 28278, Radio and Television Law.
Candidates must submit to the Ministry the following documentation: Certificate of not having a criminal record, proving that they have not been convicted of an intentional crime. Affidavit of not having been sanctioned with dismissal in public activity. Certificate of the corresponding professional association, if applicable, indicating that it is in the professional practice. Affidavit of not being disqualified by judicial provision. Affidavit of not having been declared bankrupt.
Affidavit of not being related up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity with the owners or directors of broadcasting services. Affidavit of not having a professional or contractual employment relationship or relationship with the owners of the broadcasting services. Prove to have professional experience of not less than 10 years.
ConcorTV is an organ attached to the Ministry of Transport and Communications composed of institutions of civil society, business and the State and aims to promote good practices in radio and television in Peru.
