International. Elenos announced the purchase of the brand and the operations center of Electrosys, carried out through the company Itelco Broadcast Srl. (company where Elenos Srl. is considered its majority partner), which has met all the parameters required for the acquisition.
The company Itelco Broadcast Srl, which will be responsible for covering the activities for the broadcasting technology market worldwide with electrosys products and brand and with an independent commercial structure, announced that uninterrupted operations will be maintained.
In particular, it should be noted that while Elenos will focus primarily on the FM and digital TV market, with products and solutions under the Elenos brand, Itelco Broadcast will focus primarily on the digital television, scientific communication, medical and FM radio markets, with products and solutions under the Itelco Broadcast-Electrosys brand.
Each organization has and will have its own independent sales organization. On the other hand, Itelco Broadcast will continue to work with customers, partners and suppliers through previous agreements made by Electrosys.
Both companies will attend the most recognized international fairs in the industry, from where they will publicly present their new line of innovative products in the market.
