International. After 20 months of extensive internal development and external validation with auditors, Haivision received ISO certification in two categories that regulate and guarantee the design, development, manufacture, support and lifecycle of its products.

ISO 9001:2008 certification applies to the quality management system that supports the design, development, production, installation and maintenance of the company's coding, recording, playback, interconnection, management, visualization and distribution products, and related services, as well as systems for the continuous improvement of such processes. The company has also obtained ISO 13485:2003 certification, a similar standard specifically required to be a supplier to the medical industry.
The company explained that its product portfolio is widely used in different industries, such as medical, military, education and the private sector to provide high-quality live and recorded video solutions.
Mirko Wicha stressed that the benefits of international standardization with ISO certifications include the optimization of operations, greater customer satisfaction and reduction of environmental impact.
