Colombia. The General Vice Presidency of Media of the Ardila Lülle Organization (OAL) and the Presidency of RCN Radio announced the appointment of Jorge Heili as the new Manager of the basic chain of RCN Radio, to advance in a project of transformation and digital change of the radio and the information system.
Jorge Heili has held to date the position of Digital Strategy Manager of the OAL Media. The Vice President of Media of the OAL, Claudia Gurisatti, has defined Heili "as a very outstanding professional with important success stories in various media in Latin America and Europe. His great career as director of renowned media such as Infobae.com, CadenaSER.com of Spain, RPP of Peru among others, show that his profile is precisely what we need to continue advancing and achieve our objectives".
Journalist Jorge Heili has worked in several countries as a manager, director and consultant. He was the director of Infobae.com. In 2007 he was hired by Grupo Prisa of Spain and held the position of director of CadenaSER.com. Starting in 2012, he returned to Infobae.com to direct the America edition. Between 2015 and 2019 he was Media Manager of Peru's leading radio, Grupo RPP, where he led the transformation of the company and launched the "Audio First" model.

The task ahead is to direct the basic chain of RCN Radio in the development of its contents, the process of digital transformation to continue and ensure the search for new audiences, use new production formats and maintain the commitment of the radio with the service to the community and good journalism.
