Argentina. The National Communications Agency, Enacom initiated the call for the call for a Simplified Public Tender for access to FM licenses for the provinces of Buenos Aires, La Pampa, Neuquén and Río Negro.
This contest is aimed at human persons, legal persons for profit constituted or in formation and non-profit legal persons regularly constituted, for the installation, operation and exploitation of audiovisual media services by frequency modulation, categories E and F.
The deadline for receipt of tenders shall be as follows:
Buenos Aires:
Date: September 20, 2021 to September 24, 2021.
Excepted locations:
a) The localities located within a radius of 70 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 34°36' LO 58°23' corresponding to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
b) The town of La Plata and the localities located within a radius of 30 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 34°55' LO 57°57'.
c) The town of Luján and the localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 34°34' LO 59°07'.
d) The town of Bahía Blanca and the localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 38°43' LO 62°16'.
e) The town of Mar del Plata and the localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 38°00' LO 57°34'.
f) The town of Pinamar and the localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 37º06' LO 56º52'.
Rio Negro:
Date: September 27, 2021 to October 1, 2021.
Excepted locations:
The localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 38°57' LO 68°04' corresponding to the town of Neuquén.
Neuquén:
Date: October 4, 2021 to October 8, 2021.
Excepted locations:
a) The town of Neuquén and the localities located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 38°57' LO 68°04'.
b) The town of Plottier.
La Pampa:
Date: October 12, 2021 to October 18, 2021.
Excepted locations:
The town of Santa Rosa and the towns located within a radius of 15 kilometers from the geographical coordinates LS 36°37' LO 64°17'.
Prior to the date of presentation of the projects, ENACOM will implement "Dissemination and Advisory Workshops", related to compliance with the requirements demanded by the Regulations of the Simplified Public Tender for access to FM licenses, on the following dates:
- Buenos Aires: August 9, 2021.
- Río Negro: August 11, 2021.
- Neuquén: August 13, 2021.
- La Pampa: August 18, 2021.
