Colombia. In order to respond to the request of those interested in participating in the 2021 audiovisual calls, the ICT Ministry, through Addendum 1, eliminated as a participation requirement for this first phase the pre-issuance certification or quotation of the compliance policy.
The MINISTRY of ICT invited Colombian audiovisual production companies, organized ethnic communities and community operators and local non-profit TV to participate in the 6 calls for $24,013 million, aimed at benefiting 91 national projects of fiction, documentary, animation, transmedia productions and web series.
The requirements
With this modification, the documents requested for this first stage are the following:
1. Letter of submission of the application to participate (Annex No. 1).
2. Certificate of existence and legal representation of the participating legal entity.
3. Copy of the citizenship card of the legal representative or legal representatives.
4. Tax identification - Unique Tax Registry - RUT.
5. MSME Certification
6. Certification of compliance with the payment of contributions and parafiscal contributions.
7. Certificate of Disciplinary Background of the Attorney General's Office.
8. Certificate of Fiscal Background of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.
9. Certificate of judicial background and consultation in the National Registry of Corrective Measures of the legal representative or legal representatives.
10. Anti-corruption commitment duly completed and signed by the legal representative or proxy duly accredited and empowered.
11. Manifestation of the production team (Annex No. 4).
12. Resumes, copy of citizenship cards and certifications of the production team.
13. Certification of the participant's bank account (legal entity) that will be used for the management of resources, issued with a validity of no more than one month, prior to the publication of the resolution opening the calls.
