Peru. Students and graduates of the professional careers of law, economics and engineering from all over the country will be able to access 60 study scholarships that will be granted by the Supervisory Body for Private Investment in Telecommunications (Osiptel) to be part of the 25th edition of the University Extension Course in Regulation with specialization in Telecommunications, which will take place from January 18 to March 12, 2021.
The CEU Osiptel scholarship program seeks to train high-potential professional cadres with a multidisciplinary vision, specialized in regulation, supervision of public telecommunications services and the rights of users of these services, who can join this sector.
Since its creation in 1997, the university extension course has, to date, more than 1440 graduates, being a hotbed of professionals for the entire telecommunications sector, mainly for OSIPTEL, where graduates have managed to occupy key positions in the institution.
In this new edition, the course will be carried out entirely virtually, through the E-learning method, which includes online sessions in real time. The OSIPTEL will cover 100% of the academic costs of the participants who access the scholarships.
Likewise, the entity offers an agreement of pre-professional or professional practices for those scholarship holders who occupy the first positions for each of the different specialties followed in the University Extension Course. They will also receive an economic subsidy up to 50% higher than that offered by the market.

Qualified professionals may not compete.
Likewise, those who present a consensual or enforceable conviction for an intentional crime, or are registered in the National Registry of Sanctions against Civil Servants, are disqualified from participating in the program.
