Colombia. The Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies in partnership with the Bogotá Audiovisual Market, BAM, open three calls that seek finished short films with the aim of recognizing the quality of their contents and generating a space for circulation to them in the BAM NOW.
The economic incentives will be given to the productions of legally constituted legal entities, in the regions: Caribbean, Pacific, Amazon and Orinoquía, where indigenous organizations, NARP (black, raizal and palenquera) and Rrom, constituted in accordance with the law, are invited to participate.
The process
To participate in the call, those interested must submit a single application for application through the https://bit.ly/incentivosregiones2020 site. The material cannot have been exhibited in national media, it must be unpublished and have a year of completion after 2018. After closing, applications will be reviewed by an evaluation committee composed of national experts, who will take into account technical, artistic and conceptual aspects. Participation has no cost.
About the calls
Pacific and Caribbean Region - Short film of children's animation, of national production or co-production, whose duration is between 4 and 15 minutes.

Amazon Region - Short documentary film finished.
● Opening of the call: September 15, 2020
● Closing of the call: September 28, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
Orinoquía Region - Short fiction film finished.

● Closing of the call: October 13, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
